Oh WAIT?!? A WOW fanboy hates my hateful review? GET THE FIRST AMENDMENT POLICE IN HERE STAT!

There is literally nothing… NOTHING, good about this movie. I even just snagged another copy of it and kicked off the opening credits… and oh man. I want those 30 seconds back. Dude, if you want a real video game adaptation that is worth your time? Go watch the Last of Us and compare the difference. Just saying. I stand by this review rating. Now more so than 10 minutes ago.

I thought about writing out why I feel that way, but then I reread parts of why you feel the way you do about Warcraft and I realized you’re just not worth the effort. So I’ll just put a blurb on what I feel about the movie and you.

Is Warcraft an amazing and incredible movie everyone should see? No. Is it among the best of video game movies we’ve gotten? Abso-fucking-lutely. Without a doubt it’s the best, by a wide margin, of all video game based movies. It’s a solid 7/10, there’s PLENTY to enjoy about it, and the vitriol you use to criticize it makes you seem unimaginative and ridiculous. It’s an enjoyable movie even for people that have never played WoW, and if you couldn’t understand it’s simple premise and couldn’t follow along it’s easy to follow storyline, well idk what you’re doing reviewing movies then.

That is a completely fair comment. I never ever review movies I dislike – I just don’t. I find it more enjoyable tipping people to movies that are good than I like protecting people from movies that are bad. So why did I do a negative review here? Hrmm.

Good question Reverse.

I’m a huge video game fan. I enjoy lots of different kinds of games. And although I have never played WoW, I feel like I get it and I get the people that play and I think I just figured it was such a mind blowingingly poor experience I should probably tell the four of you out there that might be on the fence. And who knows? Save you six bucks! Haha.

My apologies if the review was unhelpful. But I promise you – you seem like a thoughtful, and intelligent person. There is no way you will think this movie makes sense. But heck. Maybe you’ll like it. And if so, I definitely would like to hear about it.

I guess.. I just felt like this review was 99% hating and 1% substance. I get it, you don’t like the movie, it confused you, but your confusion and bitterness or anger or incredulity or skepticism or whatever other form of negativity that you show here in spades kinda gets between your message and any credibility as an opinion writer, in my opinion.

If I wanted to read about the bible, I’d try to find someone who at least bothered to pretend to try to comprehend you know, at least any of it, at some kind of.. bare… level of giving a fuck.

But hell maybe I’m being to hard on you and the film really is that bad, that even open minded people will struggle to be able to accept it and enjoy it for what it is; mindless feel fest for adolescent males to get their epeen hard over sick battles and ‘epic’ mythos. Guess I’ll have to watch it and find out, not for 6 bucks though… LOL
