F Breezy: Then why would Spyglass have given Percival, the MI6 station chief, the spy list in exchange for passage out of E. Berlin? Couldn’t the CIA have extricated him (their guy in Stasi) anytime they wanted to, on their own?

I greatly enjoyed the twists and turns of this action intriguing movie.
It only left me wondering two things.
1.) If Broughton (Theron) successfully smuggled Spyglass (who memorized the list) to West Berlin, couldn’t Spyglass expose her to be a double agent?
2.) So why did Spyglass trust Broughton (Theron). He must have known she was a double agent after creating and memorizing the list of spies?

I have two things about this movie that need clarification please…
If Lorraine Broughton successfully brought Spyglass to West Germany, wouldn’t she have been exposed as a double agent?
And didn’t Spyglass, who memorized the list, already know Broughton was a double agent? So why did Spyglass trust her?
