I mean, THINK ABOUT IT… Disney produced a movie (TV movie admittedly… which is decidedly not the pejorative it once was)… a MUSICAL… about flesh-eating ghouls! Whaaaaaaaaat???

Sure, it’s a kind of lacklustre production… the actors are mostly of the Nickelodeon sitcom calibre… and the dialogue is kind of perfunctory… but dang it if the songs aren’t catchy as heck and well-performed. (Maybe it was just the repetition of having my kids watching and listening to the soundtrack endlessly over the last couple months.)

But really… Disney… musical… zombies… in what reality is this possible???
