I’m going to go still in game at the end, and agree Jude Law is the only real person. The designer’s comment about how he didn’t like how the game turned anti-VR is pointing out the game writes itself based on the desires of the player. It’s the only line not spoken to Jude, like it is to the audience (otherwise it’s “the whole thing is a dream” and that’s weak.)

Jude was a proud virgin irl so the game made the pods into breasts and made him be reluctantly penetrated. The whole garage scene was a seduction. At the end he was fine shooting his gun with a woman; he had been grossed out firing his gun in the restaurant because girl parts are weird and icky. (And he shoots the woman in the uterus.) Only at the end is Allegra his “girlfriend” to complete the fantasy.

Make sure you use a condom so your bio-port doesn’t get infected. And don’t port into strange pods or you’ll get pregnant and bleed out.
