My Dad made me watch Aliens in 1986 and he was notorious for possibly some bad decisions as to what films were really appropriate for a young gal since he also took me to see Poltergeist as well when I was around 10. That’s what stands out in my mind about this franchise. I had nightmares for ages about face sucking Aliens! I just recently watched Prometheus and Alien Covenant though and did enjoy them!
