Like the movie "Mother" with Jennifer Lawrence (I LOVE that movie!) I had to see if I was close to figuring out "Perfect"'s ending. I figured instead of the "sins" being inside a person it actually warped 13. I didn't think about Dr. Price actually spawning his child but that it was just a kid that happened during 13's mother's stay at the clinic. Thanks for giving more clarity to the end. I did like it but I wouldn't suggest it to others either, like I have suggested "Mother" to others since that was so right on about how being zealots with a religion or putting someone on a pedestal can create a God who is maybe a wee bit too "self-centered" for everyone's own good. I loved Ed Harris and Michelle Pfeiffer as Adam and Eve. And Javier was outstanding. And Jennifer knocked it out of the park. So, I would give "Perfect" a 7. "Mother" an 11! Thanks!

Probably the worst movie I've ever seen, I can see why it only got 1 star. From the beginning to the end it made absolutely no sense. After wasting over an hour I had to try and figure out what that shit show was about. Reading this review makes a bit of sense, but I thought Vessel 13 was an automaton (synthetic being from the start) and my interpretation was it was defective or primitive and they were replacing parts of it to see if they can let's say fix or improve it. Other than a nice visual film the plot made little sense.

Taylor, I was just messing with you. I truly disliked the film but I’m admittedly hard to please when it comes to cinema. Did you really enjoy a Joker? I’ve read some not so great reviews and tons of controversy saying it promotes incel culture and the like. Not that I usually agree with most paid reviewers, anyway. Hence why I come here! But I haven’t seen it yet. I’ve read the performances were outstanding, though.

Ah, I see no one has commented yet so let me be the first. I take reviews like this almost as a dare but seriously, Taylor, what the heck did I just watch? I couldn’t figure out if this was supposed to be some kind of art film or not. I kept waiting and waiting for something to happen to redeem this film in some way but alas, it never happened. I truly hated it. The story of the evil crazy doctor having a spawn as a test subject has been done soooo many times and even the weird flashbacks and craziness of this film couldn’t make it interesting to me. I felt it just tried way too hard. And what the heck was the thing with the baby supposed to even mean? If I want to watch provocative cinema I will go watch a Gaspar Noe or Von Trier film because at least they make some kind of sense to me. Soderbergh should be embarrassed to have his name attached to this hot mess of a flick. Oh well, they can’t all be winners.
