Btw, I also put the subtitles on all my streaming services. At first it was for international films where they are speaking English but with an accent so I didn’t miss anything but then I also figured out you catch a lot more of the dialogue when the subtitles are on in case someone is speaking softly, etc. It is a great trick!

Mr. Robot is hands down, one of the best TV shows that almost no one watched. I think because of Rami Malek winning for Bohemian Rhapsody that it will get better play on DVD or streaming services. Anyway, about Hidden. I watched this because deKev mentioned it in a comment somewhere and I loved it. I figured out when they called the up top things Breathers that they were probably people in some kind of suit but I didn’t really figure out why fully. I just had a nagging feeling this wasn’t some kind of alien situation. So I really enjoyed the twist of this little film because I didn’t catch on to why they had to remain calm at all. I just figured it was because they were stuck in a bunker. Great suspense for a film that only had a few characters stuck in a hole for most of the film!

I’m not saying anything, but Mr Robot - unfortunately you have to watch all five seasons to see what I’m talking about...

While this movie plays like a lesser known cousin of 10 Cloverfield Lane, before the final act anyways, I was expecting a gotcha twist nonetheless, almost exactly like what you were expecting as a matter of fact, and would have bet your house too, so sure was I, ha!

Not often do I see such a perspective flip in movies though, off the top of my head, I can only think of The Others, and maybe Veronica, the Mexican movie you recommended here at THiNC, where the POV is from a split personality of a DID patient? Hey, maybe someday we'll see a movie that features the POV from an imaginary friend, yeah?
