Couple corrections, so far, in S3E04 walkthough:

“Now, jump to September 1954, where we watch as Ines, Claudia, and Silja (? Need help placing her. I’m not 100%) are looking at a magazine of nude girls.”

Replace “Silja” with Jana (thank you subtitles)

and

“Jump to the future – and Martha2 is questioned by middle aged Jonas as to why she abandoned them all there in 1888.”

Replace “Jonas” with Magnus

Because you guys are so annoying – I just dumped my raw notes directly into this post. I haven’t edited them, touched them, even read them, in really any way. But, I definitely did keep copious notes while watching Dark… so maybe they’ll help some of you out?

So, just finished this show. Quite good, perfect for the mindjob crowd (I guess that includes me.) It almost lost me in the final season–not that I felt overly confused, but I felt like they went too far down the rabbit hole. Elisabeth and Charlotte are their own mothers? (Maybe that was from S2?) Jonas is dead but now he’s alive despite only having one version of him? Claudia is dead and alive and dead and alive and… what? It seemed to be the snake engorging on its own tail, eating itself alive.

Then the finale happened, and it all tied together. Ah, glorious. Now it makes sense and I don’t have to be annoyed by it!

One thing I was thinking about, and correct me if I’m wrong, but I think they were succeeding in creating new timelines (new worlds?) by changing things, which had previously not proved possible. They had spent so much time “preserving the knot” and “seeking the origin” that they never really tried except when they were younger, being manipulated by their older selves. So when Adam, for instance, changed the timeline by whisking Jonas away from the house at the apocalypse, he created a third timeline: the first one, where Martha dies and Jonas runs to the basement; the second one, where Martha dies and Martha2 whisks Jonas away to her world (this is the first one we actually see); the 3rd one, where Adam whisks Jonas away after Martha dies (this leads to the conclusion). Possibly a fourth one, where Bartosz interrupts Martha2 from whisking Jonas away, but this might just be the first one from another POV.

On that note, where th is the rest of the walkthrough here?! I need a good ending from you as well.
