If you’re wondering what I mean, I’m talking about the marker boxes. They don’t begin to understand anything that’s going on, nor decide to make a marker box *long* after they discover the first one….. but where did that one come from? And when? that first one would have been created earlier, but they’d only been at the house an hour or two by that point, so it was fairly early into the night. which means the house they got it from had already gone through a lot….and also their *own* version of a first marker box before they decide to create their own….and so on…and so on. Now that’s a hell of a chicken/egg thing to think about.
