That's because it's not a Hollywood movie, it's Swedish and therefore more honest about how people actually are or would behave in the circumstances of a dystopia! It's the apocalypse for fuchs sake, humans actually stop behaving within usual moral parameters pretty quickly once shit goes south. You become all about the survival of yourself and loved ones. I'm not saying the movie is a great film or anything. I enjoyed it, mostly cause I love Noomi Rapace. However this is such an odd criticism, and clearly coming from a place of privilege, may you never have to learn how far you'd go to help one of your children survive or be reunited with a lost child in a war zone!

The movie was all for nothing because there was no guarantee that 100% of the virus was burned by the grenade. With an explosion there is a burst of air in front of the actual explosion & fire. So the virus is out there.. just saying.

Ugh! I so wanted to like this film but I did not. Almost everyone in it was completely selfish. Even the guy who was trying to chat up his girlfriend on the comms was selfish so I didn’t feel bad when he ultimately got killed. Edh did didn’t give a hoot about what was in the package until she realized she had been swindled and the hope of her daughter waiting for her after delivery was just a carrot dangled in front of her to motivate her. Destruction of the world by a bio weapon meant nothing until she found out her daughter wasn’t even there! So I give this movie a big ol meh.
