Great movie and superb analysis. My question was, why would a humble tailor/cutter would put himself in the midst of all that violence and turn his shop into a shooting gallery. and when bullets started flying he didn't even flinch once. I got my answer when he reveled his tattoos. he was a stone cold killer. the lesson for me was, it might be easy to think we can be like him and get rid of bad people by using only our wits, but end up with real blood on our hands (or shears). I am saying this b/s I know you are a man of faith, and we all gets frustrated with all the violence that is happening around us, to the point that we are tempted to do something about it. But we will just end up in a vicious circle of more violence. And becoming a mob snitch just to visit Paris is not worth the risk. remember she escaped physical harm and probably death because of that fortunately timed phone call.
On another note, I was wondering if the Tarantino movie "the Hateful eight" would qualify as closed box movie.
Many thanks for a wonderful selection of movies and please keep it coming.

I loved this little film. I feel like this film is a tutorial on how to make the perfect closed box film. I mean we literally are in the same room for the entirety of the film and it’s gripping from start until end.

I also noticed the use of the word “bespoke” on the door. I had to look this up as I had no idea the word was pretty much only used in relation to tailors or cutters who made clothing to order. I just recall you using it when you were doing personalized movie recommendations and I kept meaning to look up the origin of the word but then forgot about it. You should totally do those again!
