She then tries to get help from the police and they disregard her. AJ and the original owner obviously do not have any regard for women. Mother isn’t evil. She’s the product of God only knows how many generations of incest and she’s only doing what she knows. Raising her babies. She grew up inside locked tunnels underground and was “raised” by a lunatic who kept raping, impregnating and killing women so none of this is actually her fault. You could even call her innocent and a victim which again plays to men’s disregard of women. So I think it’s about more than just rape.
