Yes, as always I agree with everything Erika has said. The cinematography is fabulous and I love the opening and the end of The Wonder. Florence is really having a moment and it’s well deserved. This movie is just all around great and that is thanks to her. It’s even worth watching Don’t Worry Darling for her performance in it even though the film doesn’t live up to the drama surrounding it. I think the drama clouded my vision a bit and I probably would have liked it better otherwise.

1899-it’s nothing like Dark and that’s ok. It stands on its own and should be viewed that way. I’m on episode 6 and really loving it. It’s confusing and there are a lot of questions but it’s not nearly as complicated as Dark was. It’s a show that definitely requires your full attention while watching it. There are a lot of characters and small details to be paid attention to but thankfully the characters are not related (at least I think not!) so I don’t think we will need a family tree for this one!

I’m really looking forward to The Menu and The Whale.

Watched The Wonder last night and it was very good. Florence Pugh is excellent. It definitely falls into our Thinc category. The cinematography is amazing. Makes you wish you lived in the Irish countryside (for a hot minute). Taylor, I can't wait to see the writeup and the commentary on this one, as it deals with religion and faith and the corruption of those topics... especially faith.
