I was reading an interview with Jeremy somewhere that said the tone is like the films of the Safdie brothers (Uncut Gems, Good Time) and this is a perfect description. It’s kind of like watching a very long heart attack but in a good way if that makes any sense. I loved it even more than S1!

Past Lives looks really good. Of course it will be because it’s A24 which has been pumping out the best and most interesting films of late! I can’t think of any clunkers from them.

Run Rabbit Run was good. Some of it was predictable but I still enjoyed it. I had no idea Sarah was Australian.
