Occasionally my family says, don’t you dare watch that without us…… and then scheduling, and kinds in college and and and. Then, hypothetically of course, your son watches without you and now he doesn’t want watch it again, but everyone wants him to participate because THIS WAS GOING TO BE OUR FAMILY MOVIE DEMMIT! But no. I haven’t yet.

It should be on this list @Chuck, happy to add it on your recommendation seeing as though I’m going to need a UN Gaza peace negotiator dispatched to my house in order to finally get to see it.

There’s a few on this list I still haven’t seen so I’ll have to rectify that shortly before I give my full opinion but of the ones I have seen, it’s a good list- especially considering we had the strike and a bunch of delays on stuff. There really were some great flicks in 2023. I also thoroughly enjoyed Rebel Moon. Not enough to say it’s a favorite but it was still good. At this point every movie is going to have some elements that probably have been done before so I don’t get all the hate.

If you haven’t watched The Holdovers yet, you should. Another really good one from last year. I would probably add it to my favorites of the year.
