I feel like box office achievement is a silly award. I mean there are tons of great films that probably didn’t even make a quarter of what Barbie did and I don’t think ticket sales necessarily equate to a good film. Anatomy of a Fall made about 21 million which next to Barbie is nothing so there lies my point. And I didn’t hate Barbie but it wasn’t really groundbreaking in any way.

As for the rest of the list I feel great about Beef and The Bear picking up some awards. Both were just awesome and honestly Oppenheimer is probably one of the best films I’ve ever seen in my life so the hype was totally warranted. Succession was also one of the best shows to ever run and they knew when to call it quits and go out on a high note.
