Save the ones they love or save the many? An impossible choice, really. It’s easy to look back at history and decide what you would have done but is it ever that simple? Wil clearly was trying to atone by helping the family hide in the wine cellar but in the end he chose his loved ones over the many like many did at that time who became collaborators.
