Ha, you're not wrong that it sticks out! The most generous reading is that Ash's priority in that moment is entirely on herself and getting out clean — she's just survived something genuinely traumatic and her brain isn't running a checklist of who else needs to go down. Maybe more realistic for the film to not be perfectly tidy. But at the same time, it's a movie... we want the loose ends bowed, and wrapped, and tidy. This wasn't a pomo noir gritty film... the writer/director probably should have nabbed her in the end.

Why did they decide to let the blonde lady thug not get arrested? That bothered me. Why wouldn’t Ash have said, hold up there’s another one you’re missing? Absolutely no reason for that.

Justin Piasecki… do you know him? Better yet? Are you him? Hahaha. If you have access to his email address id love to interview him. Pretty rare that the general viewing fans know or care about the writer, but I do. For sure. Sorry for not mentioning him in the write up.

Agree with GB’s assessment. Early on had guessed Sarah’s true intentions—watched too many thrillers I guess. And a couple of plot points could have been done better like Ash’s asking Wash for help. Really liked the tradecraft, especially the relay service idea. All that said, still enjoyed it.

I enjoyed this movie... until the final 10 minutes. The chase scene didn't do it for me, and then the police converging on that one spot at the same time that Sarah had conveniently appeared there all felt a bit much.
