Giga Coaster Monster Test Run
Who knew North Carolina even had roller coasters?!? I assumed it was all hay rides and tractor bogs out there. Well this little video cured me of that little misimpression right away.
Here’s video of the first test run of #Fury325 at Carowinds from a riders point of view! The coaster was tested on March 4. It will apparently be debuting later this spring. When it does Fury 325 will be the world’s tallest & fastest giga coaster. The thrill ride stands 325 feet tall with an 81-degree initial drop and reaches breathtaking speeds of 95 miles per hour. Fury 325 is part of a planned $50 million multi-year expansion at the Charlotte, NC park.
I’d probably wait in line all day for a crack at this thing. Looks pretty epic.
