SOUL CATCHER – 08.02.23
Yeah – this is definitely a light week. Not 100% sure about this one, like at all. “A military contractor hired to seize a weapon that turns people into savage killers seeks revenge when his brother falls victim to the device.” The one thing that makes me intrigued is that this is a Polish film? So maybe? Who knows.
FOUNDATION S2 – Now
I have to admit, I bailed on season 1 of Foundation about 3 episodes in. Why? It was so massively all over the place, I couldn’t see how this thing was going to pull itself together. And, it would seem, I was sort of right about season 1. But, now that there is a season 2, I’m hearing that it does a much better job interlacing all the pieces together and making sense of it all. So, I plan to give it a shot when I have a moment (hahahaha).
H/JACK – Weekly
Think I’ve mentioned Highjack once or twice? Maybe once. Maybe I haven’t!? I lose track of what I say out here, and what I just say to friends. Who knows. But if you aren’t watching H/Jack, you need to be. I love this show. The last two episodes I watched on different flights. That was interesting! hahah. The set up is in the style of 24, real time episodes, over the course of like an 8-hour flight. And all the while you are just trying to figure out what the hijackers want, and what they are doing. It’s really good. For those of you that like to binge watch, all the episodes just finish releasing.
